Energy Leadership Index™ (ELI) Assessment

You’ve probably taken personality tests like Myers Briggs, DiSC, and Enneagram, trying to better understand yourself and others. And you’ve probably learned a lot from them! What I have to offer is different (and transformational!) And it all boils down to one word—energy. The Energy Leadership™ Index (ELI) assessment is the proprietary, research-backed attitudinal assessment tool, created by iPEC, that takes something abstract—the way you experience the world—and turns it into a tangible metric. With the research-backed ELI assessment, you’ll experience profound and practical insights you can use to reshape your worldview and transform your life into the ideal one you envision.

Energy Leadership Index™ (ELI) 360

The ELI 360 Assessment is very similar to the self-assessment, and it’s also used to find out how others see you—it’s a “360 degree” view. You will take the ELI and rate yourself on a list of 36 leadership competencies. Then, others in your life rate you on those competencies.

Organization and Relationship Systems Coaching (ORSC™)

ORSC™ is an integrated and robust coaching model based on Relationship Systems Intelligence™. Team Diagnostic™

The assessments measure 14 factors across two dimensions — Productivity and Positivity. The 20-minute assessment covers 80 questions, with an additional five open-ended questions. Once every team member has completed the assessment, the scores are aggregated to produce the team’s scores. From there, we give you a report that ranges from a simple, but powerful matrix plotting Productivity and Positivity scores to a Polar Diagram showing each of the 14 factors to charts of the flow of responses and which factors show common strengths and areas that need work
